Using 4 or 5 words back to back works good. Then with that passphrase add upper and lowercase letters plus a symbol and a number or 2. Normally puts it around 26 characters. That will put it in the billion-year range for sure. That's if they let use that many. Most don't. Passphrases alone for me are easier to remember.

nope. i would have to start over. however, the chances of that what-if are astronomically small.
