the scam ones are pretty much all the same. they are super cheap (in comparison) and typically the owner is in the military and fixing to go over seas and needs cash or they sold it to someone and delivered it and they won't pay so now they are just trying to recoup the delivery fees and need cash.

i believe it. I would suspect this will lead to some type of crash really soon. The prices and the rental amounts are almost equal now. So a person that borrows a penny and has one or two months of no rent will go tits up. they might go tits up when they get their first property tax bill.
