Baby backs from my local grocery store.
Treager pellet grill 225°
2 hrs on smoke, mop them every 20 min or so with a mixture of apple juice and worstishire (sp) sauce.
2 hrs wrapped in foil with about a cup of the juice mixture.
Remove them from the foil and brush them with BBQ sauce.
Return them to the grill for another half hour to set the sauce.

that's spot on. i would only add to leave them wrapped in foil and let them rest an hour or two. Or just put them in a cooler and let them sit several hours. They are much easier to slice after the rest for a long time.

that's my experience. if i try to slice them up while they are hot or soon off the grill, they tend to just tear instead of cut. but i am not known to keep my knives the sharpest. I just know that after a few hours they are easy to slice.
