Maybe Texas should zip tie Paxton to Abbott and roll their asses into the ocean and let the whales deal with their garbageCharliesheen wrote: ↑Sat Sep 04, 2021 4:41 pm Maybe California libs can raise money to bus knocked up Texans over for the slice and dice.
We kind of have those already. I don't own one, or have a need for one, but there is a company called Vermeer that makes something very similar. Years ago I was on a job that was almost solid rock and we were excavating it with a D10 dozer and a ripper tooth. Another company had the job that joined ours and they had several of these saws trenching through the rock. Basically cutting it up into smaller pieces so they could use excavators to remove it. Their method worked okay, but we got more production and I would assume a D10 was lower maintenance cost than all of the cutter teeth on those saws/trenchers. I would guess that each one of those carbide teeth is $50 and I bet they don't last very many days. Plus the down time of having 2 welders there to put them back on.Whackov wrote: ↑Fri Sep 03, 2021 3:50 pm Hey Animal - need a new toy

nope. I've only ever been on 2 jobs that we used a D-10. Those are in their own category. It takes more than one haul truck to deliver one.Blast wrote: ↑Tue Sep 07, 2021 1:34 amD-10?
