Bermuda is located at 32.3078 N, 64.750 W. A rocket is at 32.35 N, 67.58 W at an altitude of 113 miles.
Where do I look to see it? How high in the sky is it?
Where do I look to see it? - 32.35 N, 67.58 W
How high in the sky is it? - an altitude of 113 miles.
Well that clears it up.
Well it did take a genius to realize that you did answer your own question.
So how do I find where 32.35 etc is from where I am standing?
Find the direction of where the rocket is launching and where you are on Google Maps. You should be able to determine the compass point from that and then use one of these:

A stopwatch?
I know I always wake up everyday at 140 degrees SE
