Sorry, I don't respect any Disco Hick that moves his lips when pretending he's reading from a 2nd grade class book. The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman.
Cold Fire by Dean Koontz.
The Eaters of the Dead by Michael Crichton.
When the Eagle Hunts by Simon Scarrow.
I am moving between them as the mood takes me, just finished the first one though.

Eaters of the Dead was awesome. One of my favorites from Crichton.
Don't watch the movie (13th warrior) though. It sucks.

Really man, I fuckin loved it, seriously underrated in my humble (but obv correct) opinion. The leader of the Vikings was cool as fuck. But yeah, great book and based on a real guy (very loosely, as it’s basically Beowulf)

I usually like the first thing I see/read. I watched Jurassic Park before reading the book, and wound up not liking the book. I think the same thing happened with the 13th Warrior. I probably would have liked it more if it I hadn't read the book first.

Yeah, that’s just appeared in the woman’s dreams, I’m only about a quarter through, good so far though, albeit I haven’t read much Koontz.

Probably the first Koontz book I ever read. Time traveling Nazi's. Hear thunder and someone may be coming to kill you. Great book.
