I live in the least diverse town in NJ

All the news from the peanut gallery and where all the nasty trash talk fails miserably.
It can get NSFW-ish here: you have been warned!

New Jersey has the most Muslims (based on % of the population) than any other state.

I have a suspicion that your property values are pretty solid and stable.

This is the breakdown in my NJ town:

White Non-Hispanic: 88.8%
Black: 1.8%
American Indian and Alaska Native: 0.1%
Asian: 3.5%
Native Hawaiian and Other Pacific Islander: 0.0%
Hispanic or Latino: 4.8%
Two or more races: 0.8%
Some other race: 0.1%

It's not very diverse but I chose to live there because of low crime rate, close by parks and lakes, convenient to work and shopping...

Interestingly, the more diverse urban areas like Jersey City are doing the best in the NJ real estate market these days. That's where it gets expensive to live in NJ.

You have a higher rate of American Indian than Elizabeth Warren does.

I'm in the top 25.

It's ironic, since where I'm at supposedly had the last active KKK North of the Mason Dixon line, and it's often referred to as the Redneck section of NJ.

In case you think NJ is all Democrat, not here! Trump bumper stickers all over the place, and fish symbols on 50% of the car rear-ends. And Faux news on all the bar TV's, when there's not football or NASCAR. ;)

P.S. This is FSchmertz, but it won't let me login with my old name, which is why it's FSchmertzhuh

I'm not sure why, we don't have a troll FSchmertz. And I believe you are the real FSchmertz, so if you want, I can change your username to whatever you want.
