That would be, sure. What you're talking about here though is more akin to membership of anonymous, or 4chan, where 99% of members ain't got no skillz except sharing. It seems the only criminal convictions any of them got were misdemeanours for stealing dialup. They have a facebook page and a website, membership is not in any way illegal.

O'Rourke has admitted dodging phone bills himself, but it was a misdemeanour as a minor and the statute of limitations was up a couple of decades back so even congress can't investigate that above a dozen times. In an age where your president is an unindicted co-conspirator for crimes committed while in office and has a long history of a career spent cheating and defrauding people, it doesn't really seem disqualifying to have been a 'hacker' as a teenager. I'd actually regard that as a plus on the CV for many jobs, including POTUS. Computer security is kinda a biggie these days on the national security front, and the racist grandpa y'all currently have doesn't understand it and can't staff up to take advice from people who do. He just claims to know all about 'cyber'.

Very little experience, few know anything about him so he can still change things. He ran in Texas pretty far to the right just like Obama and Hillary which Democrats love.

It's interesting that the anti-war types (Tulsi) get attacked by the Hillary / DNC insiders so strongly without any backlash at all.
