I did address it. And corrected it in all the places you were and are clearly wrong. You defined what you thought it was incorrectly, and then I told you what was correct. I'm directly addressing how you were wrong. Great talk.AnalHamster wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 11:42 pmWell said.necronomous wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 7:58 pmI'm a big poopyhead too stoopid and cowardly to address what you actually say.

So this is a political problem? Because no self-respecting dimocrat could ever endorse a supply and demand solution. As if the Trump U's are the problem.AnalHamster wrote: ↑Fri Jan 24, 2020 6:43 pm I guess if you close your eyes, stick your fingers in your ears and pretend there are no other developed nations on earth you could believe that, but you'd be pretty stupid no? Like your fucked up healthcare system, this is an American problem. It's not the socialist part of the policy, it's the capitalist lobbyist part of the problem that has fucked you, the flow of public funding to private profit centres and allowing them to buy legislation to drain more.
Given that 95% of all money donations from communist campii flow to the left it must mean they have the answer, right? And of course it's more taxpayer money.
So tell me Stapes. Tell me AH. How much money have you paid for your children to get an undergrad degree? I'll take my answer off the air.

As usual I have no idea what you're babbling about. You're more incoherent then your cult leader Trump.
I blame Biker.

Right.
Just shovel more other people's money at the problem. The root cause could never be a disconnect between what the product costs and what it's worth.

When I went the fee cap was 3k a year, now it's up to 9k. Pretty simple solution isn't it? And 4 of the top 10 universities in the world are British. Just like healthcare, we pay far less because by far the biggest payer negotiates hard for the best possible deal. If fee caps were abolished and the loans made bottomless I bet we'd be seeing rates like y'all have in just a few years. I expect the teaching and research quality would stay much the same, but all the top unis would be building stadiums.Charliesheen wrote: ↑Sat Jan 25, 2020 3:01 amSo this is a political problem? The reason colleges and Universities charge so much is because they can.
"When governments fear the people, there is liberty. When the people fear the government, there is tyranny."

They can because in the interest of "fairness" anybody can borrow all the money they want for college. No need to worry about how it'll be paid back. That women's studies degree will have you making 6 figures ur first year.
