It couldnt be because that is generally considered the end of cold and flu season when there arent as many runny noses, coughing and sneezing fits or generally sick people spreading nasty stuff around. :roll:

That's a fairly silly approach. It's obvious leadership ain't yo' cup of tea, because the best organizations let the experts do their jobs, with minimal interference from the top. You'd have Bill Gates writing code.
