Well, shes 59 years old. I'd wager she does basic maintenance and not much else. She would have been around her early 30's when the shaving/waxing trend started so I suspect at one point she may have done some quality grooming down there but those days are probably long gone.
Now Tulsi? She's got a landing strip. I'd bet the house on it.
