i have said it before. the markets are either going up in October because they know Trump will be re-elected, or they are going to tank if they decide it will be Biden. You should be able to pretty much guess the outcome of the election by that.

So far, October has been bullish.

Yeah, and that brings up the biggest problem with doing any kind of comparative analysis right now. When you pump $trillions (with a "T") into a market, then that alone becomes the driving force of the market. And we aren't done with that yet.

That's one of the reasons I'm not 100% convinced that a Biden win leads to an instant bear market. If the Dems with the senate, and have full control, I'll be more concerned with short term pain.

Apple got a small pop today. I'm curious about your short position because I have never used one. What's your time frame? At what point would you worry about being "squeezed"?
if the psotition ends and the markets not where it needs to be you extend the position. btw...i am no expert but the guy helping out is. i think the call dates are in jan or feb

Well, Barry proved to be a nice friend to Wall Street. Hopefully Sleepy Joe took notes.

Third Monday in a row with a 7% to 15% boost all around. Surprised by today as we didn't have a vaccine press release. But I'll take it!

I may never have another year as good as this one in the market. If I do, it will likely be because something very bad had preceded it.
