the FBI,NSA and Justice dept didn't care about Rep or Dem. They made a move for non violent coup d'etat of the legal election for President. Remember the move to discredit the Electoral college results? Dems were to benefit because they as a whole are senseless minions. Everything they accused Trump and Flynn of doing is being found out to be false because of corruption in the obammer holdovers Justice dept. Even a GED holder can see what happened. And it should scare everybody.

He admitted to it, twice. Trump said he did, Pence said he did it, the FBI said he did it. Everyone knows he was lying. Pure corruption.

Flynn was a Lieutenant General and was National Security Advisor. He had good lawyers and he admitted guilt. This wasn't a black guy in Alabama with a sixth grade education and a public defender. He knew what he was doing when he pleaded guilty and he did so because he was guilty.

This is after the DOJ intervened in the Stone case and the Stone prosecutors resigned in protest.

You righties, and I include biker, are a bunch of Trump lapdogs who will support and cheer anything the old fraud does.

The motion to dismiss includes this:

Moreover, we not believe that the Government can prove either the relevant false statements or their materiality beyond a reasonable doubt.

Yes, It's The Justice department of the United States fucked up spelling and grammar

The argument is that the government cannot prove that Michael Flynn made false statements, despite Flynn admitting in court multiple times that he made false statements.

Not surprised our local haters would let their sons burn rather than settling for a plea deal.

It's hard to tell if some of you people are really fucking stupid or if you are just trolling to move a thread along. Either way, it really doesn't matter.

confessions via entrapment is illegal , treats against his son unless he confesses is illegal . anybody in 10th grader knows that simple fact of the law except you of course.

Yet when someone brings up Hannity or Carlson all the righties claim not to watch them because they’re not a good source.

There was no entrapment, Flynn broke the law and then broke the law some more. They offered his son treats?

He admitted his guilt, twice. Even Chump sacked him for lying about it before pretending he hasn't. It's banana republic level political interfence in justice, republicans are simply traitors. Better luck next revolution I guess, this one failed.

It basically comes down to one very simple question - do you think suspected Russian interference in the US election should be investigated. Democrats say yes, of course it should. Republicans say no, not if it assists their party.
