Ask queef to spell out anything Sir Dementia has done to keep energy affordable for US Americans.
Maybe he thinks Keystone is for export to Venezuela.

Due to a 2011 exemption the state of Kansas gave TransCanada, the local authorities would lose $50 million public revenue from property taxes for a decade.[162]
In 2013, United States Democrats were concerned that Keystone XL would not provide petroleum products for domestic use, but simply facilitate getting Alberta oil sands products to American coastal ports on the Gulf of Mexico for export to China and other countries.[163][dead link] In January 2015, Senate Republicans blocked a vote on an amendment proposed by Senator Edward J. Markey, D-Mass., which would have banned exports from the Keystone XL pipeline and required that the pipeline be built with steel from the United States

somebody should have told Teddy Roosevelt to cancel the Panama Canal since we already had a way for boats to get around South America.

It wouldn't all be exported, but some of it will. Just like the oil that is currently being exported from the existing pipeline.

Re: This is CNN
There is no way I would try to prove whether a small portion of the refined petroleum products (gasoline, etc) that are made on the Gulf Coast end up in gasoline tankers that are sold to other countries. But the point is two things. One, there is no label put on Canadian oil sent through the pipe to those refineries that makes it required to be exported. And there is no difference in the product produced from it than the gasoline (or whatever) that we consume here. Its the same thing.
You are doing the typical cunt-y move that you fucks always do and hiding an entire argument behind a single tiny fact that you can prove with some google story that is completely skewed.
