Its weird. Thats how all the pics are ordered on every site, but you can clearly see his hat is still on and glasses still mostly on in the 2nd pic, but not in the one posted as the 1st in the series.

Musician For Grammy-Winning Mavericks Reportedly Beaten In Nashville For Speaking Spanish
The Mavericks’ Lorenzo Molina, along with his friend and fellow musician Orlando Morales, were at a restaurant and sports bar called Tony’s Eat and Drink in Franklin, Tennessee Saturday night when they say they were violently accosted by a group of white men.
According to a Facebook post written by a friend that Molina shared on his page, the men told Molina and Morales to “speak English in this fucking country,” before the attack began.
Should be 2nd degree. It wasn’t self defense, the other guy had backed away, apparently you can hear the shooter pull the slide, then the bear spray, then the shot.
The victim seems like a jackoff, but it wasn’t anything like a justified shooting. Crime of passion, maybe he didn’t mean to squeeze it off.
I’d like to see the footage from just before the fatal shot.
