Strawberry oddly lives way the hell out in the burbs of St Louis which probably aids in keeping him clean. Wonder how much a guy like Gooden could have left - career MLB earnings after taxes of about $18 million.
Woops - looks like they sold that house and moved.

His wife is from here (I think they met in rehab) and does some Christian ministry stuff associated with getting clean.
He was here over a decade but I think maybe they moved to Florida last year but am not sure.
They lived way out where only white people dare roam. He probably stuck out like a soar thumb.
Per the tax records - they paid $250k for that house around 2012.
