you are right. i didn't go into far enough detail posting all of the necessary adjectives and stuff to explain what the story printed and then debunked. They attempted to make it sound as if the guy was advising the president to use herd immunity right now, when in fact they had taken an interview of him many months ago when those type of topics were being discussed among the scientists around the world. Everyone, including him, have determined since that time that this virus is not one that you can attempt that type of strategy. So, its curious as to why that filled the news media this week and all the talk shows this week-end making it sound as if those were his current thoughts. Where I misspoke was by not limiting my quotes from him to be relevant to the time he has been in an appointed office. August and now september of 2020.

Dallas County Reports 358 New Cases

Another 358 cases have been reported today, raising the total to 72,610. Of the 358 new cases reported today, 207 came through the state’s electronic reporting system that has been experiencing a backlog.

Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins said although the county has lowered its COVID-19 risk level, local officials are still asking that residents take precautions and avoid large gatherings of 10 or more people. He said the county wants to avoid a Labor Day weekend spike similar to the one that followed the Memorial Day holiday:

So, that means there were actually 151 new cases yesterday. And for a County of 2.4 million, that's approaching zero.
