It has nothing to do with the terms of her release it is a contempt of court charge that will likely be rescinded once the grand jury dissipates.

Yep, looks like standard operating procedure. The prosecutor backdoored her 5th amendment right by granting her immunity, which allows them to compel testimony even if it is incriminating. I don't think double jeopardy would have covered it since the first trial was military.
