In february the christians cleaned out some muslim villages, 142 dead. You didn't hear about that either, so I think we can rule out it being all about christian persecution in the media. It's more that this happens a lot in Nigeria and none of us give a shit. That's them, while NZ is us. That's what it comes down to. Intermittent ethnic cleansing (it's really more tribal than religious) isn't a problem that resonates at home, while domestic terrorism is.
