Trevor Story and Carlos Correa are still out there, but they'd break the bank.
Other than that, the SS market is pretty dry.
Not sure who's got the money. Might not get as rich as they think.

Likely Dodgers are gonna spend on Freeman, so who else has the cash and cap?

P.S. He's a West Coasty, don't see him going to Toronto
Also, why would Toronto do that with Vlad at 1B?
The problem is not that there is evil in the world, the problem is that there is good. Because otherwise, who would care?

If you look at current payrolls with luxury tax included the are only 6 teams that can't afford to grab one of those guys.
Boston Red Sox
San Diego Padres
Chicago White Sox
New York Yankees
Los Angeles Dodgers
New York Mets

One of those is not like the others. Good to see small market team going all in. Just need to make better decisions with the money.

So where does Freddie go? Jays or Dodgers?
Dodgers I bet

BTW....this is a huge upgrade for the Braves even though the media insisted they re-sign Freddie

So the big budget teams are all capped out (like anyone but Uncle Stevie would really care, and even he doesn't see: The Cohen Tax).

So which of the cheapy teams, aka the 4A, are going to pay for Story or Correa?

The $168 million is fully guaranteed. Plus, he's from Atlanta so I think he gave them a Home Town discount.
He'll be getting $22 mill a year and his market value was $23 so it's really not that far off.

Kind of surprised Carlos Correa took a 3 year deal. Perhaps he wants to hit the open market again when he's still only 30 years old?

With Nick Castellanos going to the Phillies, about the only big name left is Trevor Story.

Identical twins pick up the save and loss during SD/SF game last night.

I know baseball has been around a long time but it seems crazy that this is the fifth time twins have been in the same game.
