Had me up and moving with a walker for 5 minutes. The air was blue.

Surgeon said it went well. Walking back/forth to the washroom, slowly, and without a walker. Main problem is getting up and down. Will be awhile before that improves. I might get stuck in my hammock but there could be worse places to get stuck.

I've found that a bourbon IV will most likely cause that...rest well!

I had my staples out today. Final count was 24. The only one that hurt was the last one. She started at every other one and then worked back. I knew the last one would be a bitch as it felt like it was scabbed over. I hate being right.

All in all, that's a pretty good incision and seems to be healing well. The BF has one from the bottom of his neck all through the thoracic spine.

For real. You could get some vitamin E capsules and rub on it daily to help reduce the redness, but its not a bad scar.

What's that saying.... "Scars are like tattoos but with better stories"
