Gotta go with the Necro here, with some minor exceptions.

With coworkers: no I never drink any alcohol. Unsweetened tea or tonic water only. I drive a company car, getting picked up on DUI is just not an option for job security.

With buddies: well, I don't really have any, except you bunch of preverts. If I did, maybe one single IPA, Maybe, and unsweetened tea or a diet drink after that. Never more than one drink, though.

Get fucked up quick: I don't do THC (company car, again), but rum 'n Coke Zero, a mojito, a caipirinha, or a good red blend wine, and only for a decent buzz, never to the point of passing out. For a good steady buzz without the coma, good sake or soju does fine.
If you can't be a good example, you can still serve as a horrible warning.
