I think he wants to be President.

He is considering buying MSNBC , I wonder if Rupert will be happy about that.

Since he’s not a natural born US citizen he can’t be president. So lay your worries to rest.

Let’s examine this, if Vance and the Cabinet invoke the 25th amendment on 47 and Vance becomes 48 a vacancy is open for a new vp.
That new VP could be Musk. One step closer

And the world and America will go on. Just like we said it would if he won.

For president? Yes. For some other office, no.

And what exactly does Trump running again have to do with Elon?

The new thing all the Lefties are saying is that Elon is really the de-facto president and Trump is just the front man. The hatred for Musk on The Left right now is equal to or surpasses even Trump. Who's tiny brain is being manipulated.

Why? You know there is government corruption, waste and fraud. We all know it. We all know that government can be better at what it's supposed to do. We all know that the government was (is) bloated and fat. Elon is the personal trainer. The government is the tubby guy that needs to shape up.

In a vacuum you would be correct but he makes a lot of money w/ government contracts.

Sticking with your gym analog, it would be like hiring the guy who invented crossfit to be able to regulate normal gyms and circuit training gyms (assuming they are all funded by taxpayer money) along with everything else funded by the government.

Maybe he is right but it's definitely a conflict of interest.

My understanding from everything I have read is that Elon investigates and makes suggestions of which and the current administration either decides to cut or keep. Apparently, some of the suggestions show blatant waste and fuckery.

I haven’t seen any reports of waste.

What I have seen and heard are people that haven’t been vetted accessing sensitive information that could potentially be compromised
