Mrs. Cheezy and I have been doing quite a bit of traveling the past couple of years and I gotta say, at least on Delta, the hot stewardess is a rare find. Too many guys, old ladies and uglies.
Maybe it's different on other airlines?

It's mostly a thing of the past. My ex wife is a flight attendant and she's 50ish now. With all the consolidation in the industry there are less positions, and the most senior stay.

I figured it had to be something like that or maybe the free tickets just aren't the incentive they once were? Google says the average starting salary for a flight attendant is 27k-36k with increases as seniority grows. That seems kind of a low starting point if you're hoping for top tier talent.

Hot girls can make a lot more money on Only Fans and not have to deal with drunken dopes and screaming kids on an airplane for crap money.

The airlines receive thousands of applicants each month for a hand full of positions. Supply and demand. There are 75yo plus FA that stay on because of the union health benes
