I remember watching a rodeo documentary quite a few years ago and they were talking to this black guy that rode bulls. He wasn't a rookie, I think he had won a few championships and he talked about coming out of the chute one time and how he got his face quite smashed from slamming into the bulls skull. I think he was in the hospital for several weeks.
