It's Inappropriate? We wish he wouldnt do stuff like this? He does himself no favors when doing these things? Someone should tell him that this kind of thing shouldnt happen? Believe me: we know it looks bad and that there is no defense of it. Sorry to break it to the Lefties though: stuff like this is not gonna all of a sudden make us vote for Biden or Warren.
Love how you shrug off willfully pissing away millions in tax payer money by these scumbags but get your panties tied in a knot if some poor person is on food stamps. Astounding hypocrisy on the right

It's not just inappropriate. It most likely is a violation of the Constitution. But that doesn't bother the righties at all.
You will have to cite where that is outlined in the Constitution...
the Emoluments Clause.
Which reads:
“No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.”
So... help me out here. How does, 'stay at my place on the other side of the island' violate this clause exactly?
Certainly you are not actually suggesting that paying for a hotel room is the same as accepting gifts from foreign nationals...

The Domestic Emoluments Clause
Which has nothing to do with Ireland...
I am also unsure of any State, or the US as a whole, giving him emoluments above the salary.
So, again, help me out here. Cause you are not making your stance very clear.

The foreign emoluments clause - the only one you were aware existed presumably - applies when he directs foreign business to his hotels, the domestic clause applies when he directs federal revenue to his hotels. He profits from his hotels.

I have no issue with poor people getting needed help. Where have I ever said otherwise? Oh, I see; Its yet another thing youre wrong about. Disliking people fraudulently abusing the assistance system is different than being against poor people getting help. I suspect youre too thick to grasp that concept.

You think Biden and Warren support fraud in SNAP? Seems pretty dumb.

I think an investigation is warranted, do you?
They'd be all over it in my State if a public official were doing this: corruption.
P.S. For instance, when Governor Christie was using a State Chopper to go to his kids activities, they made him pay the costs back for improper use of State property. They should make Chump pay for Air Farce 2's costs. Or better yet Pence, 'cause he's an adult and should know better.

Benghazi?
I think his administration should stop doing things like that. Whether you think its a black and white clear cut issue or whether you think theres some gray area it looks bad either way and something that should be avoided.

Aren't they still calling for investigations of that? Other than partisanship, why aren't they investigating this then?

Is that a yes or a no? I can't tell.
I wouldnt be heartbroken either way.

Good job avoiding taking a position.
My position is neutrality. I think hes done enough over the years to warrant some oversight on stuff like this and get a deserved smack down but I wont be apoplectic if not.

It will be interesting to see if you retain your neutrality when a Democrat is accused of financial impropriety.

If they're of a similar nature then probably. The more I think about it though "neutrality" is probably not the right word. "Ambivalence" is probably more accurate.

The word you're looking for is bullshit. If Obama did it, or someone claimed food stamps when they earn a little undeclared cash on the side you'd have a hissy fit. Your view is just obscured by an orange ballsack.

Meh, the pound has been artificially propped up for decades now so a nice correction is long overdue. And it puts you people on sale
On sale, and still the rest of the world doesn't care.
The world doesn't care but here you are in not one but two threads about Brexit showing just how little you care.
Nah, I just like to tease AH whenever I have a chance. He can take it.
BTW, I appreciate you taking notes on my posts and following me like a puppy. Shows me how much YOU care. Can I send you PimpDaddy Fan t-shirt?
