Sorry to burst your bubble here brofessor but what I actually meany by so many of the Hollywood and media types "jumping the gun" was that so many of them in the immediate aftermath issued blanket statements of stern condemnation against anyone who might own a MAGA hat, be a Trump supporter or be a conservative in general because obviously in their eyes anyone who supports Trump or wears a MAGA hat is a racist thug just waiting to prey on someone. If this does turn out to be a hoax its hella unlikely that anyone of them will issue a "My bad. Sorry guys." As much as it might pain you to admit, Donny actually handled it the right way.

I must've missed all the celebs that were outraged over solely the MAGA part of it broheim and not the fact that it was an attack against a gay black guy. Maybe post the Breitbart links so everyone else can see what has you fake outraged? TIA brotato chip.

I am not giddy at all. If you go through the thread you will see that I am very cautious with my wording. I know all too well that this still could be legit. It would be incredibly silly and disingenuous for me to sit here and say that a couple of good ol boys in MAGA would never do this. Thats said, it still has a lot of fishy elements to it. The article implies his statement denies the maga comments he and his manager reported, but the statement from him which they quote at the end actually doesn't. The loudmouth star of the syndicated "The Morton Downey Jr. Show" told airport police three skinheads grabbed him and cut off a clump of his hair and painted swastikas on his face, shirt and pants Monday night.

Airport authorities found a pair of scissors and a felt-tip marker pen in a toilet bowl. But officers said an unidentified witness told them that the claim was phony.



"His (Downey's) story does not at all prove out," Wilson said. "The witness said there was no scuffle. There were no skinheads in the area. As far as we have found, no such incident took place."

Downey, who declined to file a police complaint, was not available for comment,
