Exactly what it is. Probably the worst flying experience you can endure.....but for 2 1/2 hours I can go from West Palm to Atlantic City and its a cake walk.

I'm confused. Why would you fly from Jersey to get to Jersey, and why would you be surprised that you'd get a good price if you wanted to do that?

P.S. Probably could fit all the passengers on that trip in Piper Cub

It is nice to wear shorts and a T shirt all year round....it is nice to see green all year round.
However, It is very busy. Tons of traffic and people and they seem to building more strip malls and apartment complexes on any land they can develop. Especially close to the coasts. I can only imagine what it's going to be like in 10 more years.
I blame Biker.

LOL, NJ congestion has hit the coasts of Florida now. However, Florida is a big state with plenty of rural areas. Relocate to central Florida if you want to stay away from the crowd. My wife has a few sisters that live in Fort Meade (Polk County) and it's nothing but farm land out there. Really nice people too.Stapes wrote: ↑Sat Mar 14, 2020 4:15 pmFreakShowFanatic wrote: ↑Sat Mar 14, 2020 4:08 pmI'm thinking about going to Florida soon. They have nothing but water in central Florida as well. Our neighbor has one of those platoon boats and took us out on like 5 big lakes that were all connected together. Check it out on Google Maps to see all the water, caution they have lots of alligators too. At least you won't get attacked by a shark, where Florida is the shark bite capital of the world.Stapes wrote: ↑Sat Mar 14, 2020 4:34 pmFreakShowFanatic wrote: ↑Sat Mar 14, 2020 4:23 pmLOL, NJ congestion has hit the coasts of Florida now. BTW, I also have a house down there and have spent a number of months in total there too. My house is in central Florida. It's a big state dude, but I know you have problems dealing with the fact that there are many different types of places, even in a huge state like Florida. In other words, moron, he knows about the coast of Florida, but it's obvious he has no idea about what central Florida has to offer. The funny thing is that I provide more insight on this board than you ever dreamed of. OK, you're a day trader and a stock market expert. Let me know when I should put my money back in the market. OK, thx. I doubt I would listen to a fool like you though.

I've been coming to Florida for over 20 years..lol My family has been here since 1990. I've got a cousin in Ocala. I've been up, down, and across this state so many time I lost count. So yes I know what central florida looks like and I'm not really interested. If I wanted to live inland somewhere near lakes I probably would have picked Georgia. Close to lakes and mountains and good motorcycle riding.
I blame Biker.

Hey Stapes, you may not know this but there are two different bodies of sea water in Florida. On the eastern side, you have the Atlantic ocean and on the western side of Florida there is the Gulf of Mexico.

i went in Home Depot this morning to get a 2 foot piece of 1 inch pvc and the parking lot was packed. Most everyone was buying any kind of cleaning supply they could get their hands on. i guess they have left the grocery stores and walmart and heard the contractor supply places have that kind of stuff. First quarter earnings for Fabulosa should be off the charts.

I know a person who owns 4 full size school buses and she was required to disinfect the insides of them and she couldn't find enough supplies to do the job. I don't think I've said anything other than it has the potential to be pretty devastating. You can stick your head in the sand and say its just the flu but your not really understanding what is going on. There is only x amount of cases today so its no big deal right? Well this thing has just started so if in 2 weeks the hospitals are filled to capacity will you still be posting your stupid ignorant shit?
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/articl ... lized.html
America's hospitals will be overrun with coronavirus in just EIGHT DAYS: Obama's Medicare boss issues dire warning as doctors say as many as 500,000 are already infected and 10 MILLION will need care
Andy Slavitt, former Acting Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, issued the dire warning on Twitter on Saturday
There are only 790,000 hospital beds 100,000 ICU beds total in all of the hospitals across the country
Dr. Marty Makary warned people not to believe the current figures that only 2,200 are infected
He says the true number is likely far more and that as many as half a million people already have it
Dr. Makary urged people to be more vigilant said 'we're about to experience the worst epidemic since polio'
Johns Hopkins predicts 9.6million people will need to be hospitalized and 3million will need ICU care
Doctors and nurses fear the hospital system, which is already overrun by the flu season, may buckle
In Italy, doctors are having to choose between critically ill people to treat because resources are short
Coronavirus symptoms: what are they and should you see a doctor?
I blame Biker.
