No, he's talking about the Senator that barged into a press conference with no identification and proceeded to aggressively and forcefully try and push his way through security to badger Secretary Noem. Security rightfully escorted him out and while they were doing so he continued to push and shove and once again tried to get to Secretary Noem. He was removed from the room and continued to resist resulting in him being put on the ground and handcuffed.
The best part is he has a prior tweet saying "No one is above the law!".
