Biden's plan all along was to never use the funds and never build the wall, until he finally realized that the only way to slow down this fiasco at the border was to build the wall. Yep. you certainly trumped my 40 years of experience in the concrete business, my masters degree in civil engineering, my thesis on continuously reinforced concrete pavement, and my years of research into the property mechanics of cement and fly ash by your google skills on finding a harbor freight link to a tool they sell.
