Now I'm trying to figure out what that tiny cloth is meant to cover.

! It's a ribbon tied to it to hang it on the top of the hutch.
you probably shouldn't wear that to a public pool, then.

Here's a good one - WTF made these tracks on my back porch in the snow? This is a big deck and there were no tracks leading up to this.

Hmm. This is up about 7 steps. The orange was hollowed out and I put old granola and sunflowers in it for the birds which seems like maybe a racoon found it too

Those aren't rabbit or raccoon tracks. If there are no other tracks leading up to those then it must have been something with wings.
It looks like there's been some melting so it's kind of hard to tell.

Probably a chipmunk from the looks around the orange.

It was the Iraanian Imp, now known as Kerrville Kermit. He heard there was a woman to spy on.

My 2nd guess was a red squirrel. Hard to see in the picture.
They usually hop, especially in snow.

Holy shit! Could you imagine if an antelope host hopped up in my deck?!
Seriously those were the only prints like that, so it was obviously a hopping one-side leg-having antelope most certainly.

You really are, I'm in North NJ and this area relies on that activity in the winter and this year has been pretty dry with snow fall.

I heard a ski resort in New York finally opened last week. Our season will be over in a month or so.
This is the biggest storm we have had for at least 13 years. Our resorts rely on snowmaking with water from a lake.

Define "magical". I'm sitting on my back porch looking out over hilly woodlands, wearing shorts, drinking a cup of coffee, and listening to songbirds and watching wildlife digging Spring being here.

Love the picture smart ass bitch.
We got nailed by that storm too. I should have stopped and taken a few pictures when I was on the backroads yesterday.
