Define "magical". I'm sitting on my back porch looking out over hilly woodlands, wearing shorts, drinking a cup of coffee, and listening to songbirds and watching wildlife digging Spring being here.
And? I'll still run around in shorts in this weather. By the end of winter I rarely even break out a light jacket if it's above 0.

Well I'm not a Disney princess like you sugar, but it looks magical in the sense of a wintry mix of delight and wonder. Also, I performed a spell early this morning to fend off idiots.

Obviously, it didn't work.

I'm just saying that that is "magical" in October/November. In March, it's "tiresome" I don't care where you live.

The shorts aren't short enough for CTC. They gotta be small enough that ol' Daisy Duke herself would say put some pants on. Of course even a blind person would tell him to, but that's besides the point.

"Hey Siri, what time is it?", while looking at phone's lock screen.

DST doesn't have much effect on CTC. It takes him 7 months of "research" to figure out how to reset his clocks. And by the time he figures it out.. he can just leave them where they're at.
