This has been going on for a couple of decades. It passes the pen test because it is genuine currency "paper" but it has none of the security features such as the watermark or the ultraviolet strip because none of those are used in $1 bills. Don't have a wife, my girlfriend? Up until I'm 5 minutes out. Then the car is shut down and I move on foot. Maybe after the first shot I'll find something on the playlist but I'd be shooting at a distance with the .300 winmag so they wouldn't get to enjoy it unless I flew a drone with a speaker over.

He means that he doesn't have a wife, but if his girlfriend was captured and held 30 minutes away, he would drive there. But once he was within 5 minutes of arriving he would park and turn the car off. Then he would approach stealthily on foot carrying a winchester magnum .300 caliber. rifle. No one inside the captor's location would be able to hear his radio unless he had a drone with a wireless speaker attached that he could fly within listening distance of that dwelling.
