There are pics of him pulling the alarm. He admitted it. That part is undeniably factual. Are you talking about the delay the vote part? Only he knows the true answer to that part.

If you were going to pull an alarm to delay something, would you continue to enter the building?

Also, if this is a problem, how come the actions on Jan. 6th are not?

Again, only he truly knows that answer. Pulling the fire alarm and evacuating the building would delay any business inside.
If that wasnt his intent then he is simply a dumbasss thinking a clearly marked "FIRE ALARM" was the logical way to open that door. Honestly, neither option is all that great for him. And he was a school principal?!

Good Lord. Have you ever in your entire life thought that pulling the clearly labeled "FIRE ALARM" would do anything other than sound the fire alarm? JFC, stop making excuses for the guy.

Let's say it was deliberately done. Did it end up delaying anything as you wish to speculate?

Oh wait, he voted FOR the CR, which was needed by McCarthy's ass to be saved by Democrats. What a joke!

As Ive already mentioned several times: only he knows the reasons. Id probably give him the benefit of the doubt and call it a mistake. That said, you have to admit its a pretty dumb thing to do... mistake or not. Which is why I said this:

I'll chime in. Both fronts. He did wrong, fine him or otherwise reprimand him as required, that's one front. The other, he's not saying it, he's giving a lame excuse about not knowing it was a fire alarm even though I'm pretty sure even in the capitol that fire alarms are labeled fire alarms. The unofficial speculation I saw on Reddit that I don't feel like digging to post is it was purposeful because the GOP was forcing a vote without giving time for the measure to be read. Again, unofficial speculation as Bowman is sticking to the accident story, but Jefferies was doing the house version of a filibuster and Bowman pulled the alarm to put a pause and give both sides not just the MAGAt cell time to read the issue being voted upon. Now whether that ends up being the case, who knows? He did a dumb, fine and reprimand him accordingly. But given they have traitors to the country and an outright fraudulent criminal amongst the other side, it might not be something they push too hard.

The GOP has a convenient talking point in that the most recent submission was given out and brought to a vote with nearly NO notice to give representatives time to take a deeper look at the adjustments. The GOP must be impressed with the speed-reading ability of its members to submit a 71 page bill with less than an hour to examine.

As an update to my thoughts, I am now more inclined to believe mistake. I can't find linkable picture yet but said door was not marked as fire alarm, just emergency exit which leans toward what he said. Furthermore:

Still fine or reprimand, but again, there are more egregious enemies of the state in Congress right now caucusing with the Republicans.

Right? But I bet if you look close, you can pick out JRB from the various locations and names, so that proves Joe Biden pulled the fire alarm.

No J.R. Bodyworks on Thayer. However the same corruption in the Democrat party that led to Biden being president allows this kind of crap to happen.

Pan right, that's the picture I saw. Couldn't find another non video capture of it. Still say fine or reprimand, but I don't see how it would've interrupted anything given different locations.
