No, but the carbon monoxide is the part you don't want to be breathing, right?

Are you saying the carbon monoxide had a picnic in his lungs?

actually, i was simply replying to QD's attempt to dismiss the logic the defense presented by showing how easy it actually is to see that Floyd and Chauvin were in entirely different positions relative to the carbon monoxide coming from the exhaust.CaptQuint wrote: ↑Thu Apr 15, 2021 3:38 pmAre you saying the carbon monoxide had a picnic in his lungs?

Re: Derek Chauvin Trial
the defense rested and now they are recalling the prosecution doctor to dismiss the carbon issue. the judge said they need to be very careful as they could render the trial a mistrial.

why is the judge worried about rendering a mistrial?pork wrote: ↑Thu Apr 15, 2021 3:45 pm the defense rested and now they are recalling the prosecution doctor to dismiss the carbon issue. the judge said they need to be very careful as they could render the trial a mistrial.

Looks like most of the carbon monoxide goes straight into the cabin

Re: Derek Chauvin Trial
i think the fact is that it happens and it could be a factor in this case. for the record...i dont have a dog in this fight. im not a fan of this asshole cop or the drug addict cock sucker that resisted arrest.
i can tell you that i sleep in the prone position so i am very conflicted in testimony on both sides of the case.

Re: Derek Chauvin Trial
That was one instant out of many where the cop's face moved up and down relative to the exhaust pipe. Wherever Chauvin's face was, Floyd's sat mostly near the ground. If I were a juror, that might be a consideration during deliberations. Or not, I don't have a dog in this fight, either.Animal wrote: ↑Thu Apr 15, 2021 3:41 pmactually, i was simply replying to QD's attempt to dismiss the logic the defense presented by showing how easy it actually is to see that Floyd and Chauvin were in entirely different positions relative to the carbon monoxide coming from the exhaust.CaptQuint wrote: ↑Thu Apr 15, 2021 3:38 pmAre you saying the carbon monoxide had a picnic in his lungs?
If you can't be a good example, you can still serve as a horrible warning.
