He's saying the idiot shaman was prosecuted successfully, he was gotten for something he did regardless of whether that's all that he did. That's not the same as saying there was no evidence for more serious charges, however more serious seditious type charges would require a tighter and longer case than what a nobody civilian off his meds would likely warrant. This guy wasn't Capone or even close to a parallel to Capone, and even you aren't braindead enough to insinuate that Capone wasn't a criminal. The comparison was simply to point out how he got put away rightfully but not for all that he did necessarily.
