For the last hour or so I have just let the radio based on him play. I'm so happy to have found him. I dig funk.

I found him through his hip hop but he is not the best rapper. Funk and soul seem to be his strong points.

I checked out a few songs from Vulfpeck. Thanks for suggestion. I like "jam band" style music. I see what you mean about songs sounding different but somehow it is a certain "style". I need to try them on a long drive.

Check out Skunk Baxter rip an intro off, no wonder the ocd couple in charge (Becker and Fagen) got rid of these guys and used session artists for all their records from the early 70s.
