btw i am listing to the closing arguments. the prosecutions lawyer is an idiot. he is not very credible and sounds super dramatic talking about the case. i have a feeling the defense is going to putting on a better closing statement.

“Speaker Pelosi, you impeached President Trump after you said he incited violence by saying “march peacefully” to the Capitol,” Green declared. “So I can expect a yes vote from you on my resolution to expel @RepMaxineWaters for inciting violence, riots, and abusing power threatening a jury, right?”

well if it makes you feel better we will impeach her then refuse to hear evidence or allow witness testimony and acquit her with no repercussions at all.

Will probably be second degree manslaughter, although as defined you can make a case for 3rd degree murder

Third-degree murder is only a thing in three states Florida, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania

For the looters, i would replace "reason" with "excuse". I think the ones that burn shit just do it as a distraction to allow the looters to do their thing.

i think the defense attorney did a pretty great job. its been him and and an assistant through the entire trial. the state had a dozen lawyers most of which volunteered to help. its a pretty amazing thing for one lawyer to do. he is also much more engaging than the other side. the point with the cookies was easy to relate to. you need all of these items to make a chocolate chip cookie...if you are missing one item it isn't a chocolate chip cookie. same as this case...if you are missing one item its not guilty

You know what you'd never get drunk off of, a drinking game where you have to drink everything someone says reasonable liberal. Because no one will ever say that.
