NASCAR banned Confederate flags at all racetracks. One certainly has 1st amendment rights to fly a flag, but not on someone else's property.

Boss Bob used to have a "club" of sorts called "the Bob squad" it was actually just him and another guy named Bob that ran our shop before he did. I think I posted about him,he's the guy that had his parachute fail to open and lived to tell about it. Anyway Bob squad had little notes all made up that noted the car was parked in a handicap spot and they're not supposed to park there and the notes were signed "the Bob squad" and they'd put them on cars parked in handicap spots that didn't have handicap plates/signs what ever. I never did hear the whole story but he about got his ass beat buy a guy that caught him putting one on the guys car. It was bad enough that it got the attention of a cop that happened to be parked nearby and the cop told Bob to just let public officials take care of people parked improperly. It also turned out the guy did have the right to park in a handicap spot.
