fivethirtyeight gives the breakdown on each poll they are following. Its a much better representation if you are statistically inclined.

I would think it means access to the same stuff the kids that go to the VERY expensive private schools get. The best teachers, the best classrooms, the best equipment, etc. In other words, everyone has access to the same stuff.

But that's not how things work in any aspect of society. If you have more money, you can afford better/more stuff. That's literally how wealth works.
