Just requiring that folks from certain areas "prove" they're not disease carriers before they can move around with the state's general population. 14 days and you're free. And presumably if you're sick, you remain in place until well or get admitted to one of their ICU's if necessary.

A big problem is the PA hospital system can't handle all these NY and NJ idiots. And if they're coming here already infected they will use up all the resources and locals will lose out.

It's a fact, there isn't enough hospital beds for a quarter of the area, these assholes just doubled the population and are all high risk of having it. They put themselves in a worse situation then they left and they endangered us. There isn't thousands of ventilators on the way here.

I told my sister Spirit air has $13 tickets to Florida from Atlantic City. Just has to go in to self quarantine for 14 days...lol. How could they even fly for that kind of money.

So people that are homeowners in your town shouldn't be allowed to go to their homes? You should have not allowed people from NYC to buy there to begin with on the grounds that a pandemic might occur. Now it's too late. Jeez you guys are dumb.

Well to be honest the same thing is going on in florida. They are openly hostile to outside visitors now. They are demanding 14 day isolations under penalty of fines. They are setting up road check points at the border and if you have a plate from Louisiana or the tri state area your going to have some isssues.
