Don't the tattoo artist have to get approval from the soon-to-be-inked person about the design, lettering, and spelling? So isn't this ultimately on her about the punctuation and misspellings? Just askin'...

Yes it is on her. This. I am not opposed to tattoos at all as long as it is good ink and good art. I have never come across anything that I want permanently etched into my skin though.
