One would hope so. But you have to wonder if skin color or gender being a deciding factor if you’re actually getting the best candidate for the job.

Delta Air Lines has revealed information about the crew on board a flight from Minneapolis that crashed and flipped upside down at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Monday.
Officials say the captain
was hired by Mesaba Airlines in October 2007, which merged with Pinnacle Airlines in 2012 to form Endeavor Air, a subsidiary of Delta that operated the flight to Toronto.
Additionally, he has served as an active duty captain and in pilot training and flight safety capacities.

Did you read the article, his email or listen to his words?
His email literally tells the recipients how to answer the questions to game the system, tells them his help is only for minorities and they should keep his directives secret and tells them to send him their resume first so he can check it to make sure his advice on fooling the resume scan is followed before they submit it.
His instructions and help are intended to "minimize competition" from people outside of his minority group and give them an advantage over everybody else. Further, the information that was provided to him is from one the members of his group that works in HR.
These are all advantages provided to only "his" people. THAT is the cheating you fucking clown.
