At an old larger shop i used to supervise they were kind of known for hiring immigrants of all kinds. I assume they were legal but I don't know that for sure. Every so often we'd have to do a refresher on how to use the toilet. Even with doing that we would still get footprints on the toilet seats.

When I worked as a maintenance mechanic at a meat packing plant there were signs in the bathrooms telling the workers that used toilet paper needs to be put in the toilet and flushed.
