Fucking amnesia biker back at it. This had been explained to you many times. You are either being obtuse or you are suffering from mental retardation.
Jane Sanders said she and her husband paid cash — $575,000 — for the four-bedroom summer house they recently bought in North Hero on the Lake Champlain shore. She said she sold her share of her family’s long-time vacation home in Bridgton, Maine, to her brother for $150,000, added some money from her retirement account and from an advance her husband got on a book he is writing to come up with the money to buy the couple’s third home.

that sounds like some solid budgeting prowess right there. Let's cash out all we have and then speculate on future income from an unwritten book and stretch out to buy a third home.captquint wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 9:18 pm Fucking amnesia biker back at it. Doesn't "ADVANCE" in monetary terms basically mean someone gives you money and you pay them back later? "On a book he is writing" indicated the book isn't complete. If it isn't complete it can't be sold. If it can't be sold no income from the book is generated. If the book isn't completed, or doesn't sell in a quantity sufficient to cover the advance, what happens?Reservoir Dog wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 9:30 pmIt was an advance on the book he's writing. Funniest Damn Democrat moment in the last 25 years (Well, other than Pelosi's ObamaCare "We need to pass it, so we can see what's in it" BS) Al Gore of Climate Change fame until someone got ahold of his electricity records for his mansion in TN showing he was using an avg of almost $40,000/month - all fossil fueled by his local provider. The back pedaling was beyond slapstick.

If the book doesn't sell the publisher can't ask for the advance back.Antknot wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 9:39 pmDoesn't "ADVANCE" in monetary terms basically mean someone gives you money and you pay them back later? The Center claims that Nashville Electric Services records show the Gores in 2006 averaged a monthly electricity bill of $1,359 for using 18,414 kilowatt-hours, and $1,461 per month for using 16,200 kilowatt-hours in 2005. During that time, Nashville Gas Company billed the family an average of $536 a month for the main house and $544 for the pool house in 2006, and $640 for the main house and $525 for the pool house in 2005. That averages out to be $29,268 in gas and electric bills for the Gores in 2006, $31,512 in 2005.

Month. Look, It was 15 years ago but I'll walk you through it real simple. Go to Google, type in something like "Al Gore electricity bill at mansion" And then STFU. The funniest damn thing after that came out was his frantic effort to install solar panels in major haste. I about died laughing.captquint wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 10:00 pmListen retard, do you know the difference between a month and a year?WestTexasCrude wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 9:57 pmGo look it up, dumbfuck.
