Orange man moron.
that sounds like some solid budgeting prowess right there. Let's cash out all we have and then speculate on future income from an unwritten book and stretch out to buy a third home.captquint wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 9:18 pm Fucking amnesia biker back at it. This had been explained to you many times. You are either being obtuse or you are suffering from mental retardation.
Jane Sanders said she and her husband paid cash — $575,000 — for the four-bedroom summer house they recently bought in North Hero on the Lake Champlain shore. She said she sold her share of her family’s long-time vacation home in Bridgton, Maine, to her brother for $150,000, added some money from her retirement account and from an advance her husband got on a book he is writing to come up with the money to buy the couple’s third home.

It was an advance on the book he's writing. Future income from it has nothing to do with it.Flumper wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 9:23 pmthat sounds like some solid budgeting prowess right there. Doesn't "ADVANCE" in monetary terms basically mean someone gives you money and you pay them back later? "On a book he is writing" indicated the book isn't complete. If it isn't complete it can't be sold. If it can't be sold no income from the book is generated. If the book isn't completed, or doesn't sell in a quantity sufficient to cover the advance, what happens?Reservoir Dog wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 9:30 pmIt was an advance on the book he's writing. If the book doesn't sell the publisher can't ask for the advance back.Antknot wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 9:39 pmDoesn't "ADVANCE" in monetary terms basically mean someone gives you money and you pay them back later? $40,000/month? You are truly a retardWestTexasCrude wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 9:48 pm Funniest Damn Democrat moment in the last 25 years (Well, other than Pelosi's ObamaCare "We need to pass it, so we can see what's in it" BS) Al Gore of Climate Change fame until someone got ahold of his electricity records for his mansion in TN showing he was using an avg of almost $40,000/month - all fossil fueled by his local provider. The back pedaling was beyond slapstick.
Go look it up, dumbfuck. Let Google be your friend- the records are there for everyone to see. Or, did you block all your search engines to stay focused on "Orange Man bad"?captquint wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 9:51 pm$40,000/month? Month. Look, It was 15 years ago but I'll walk you through it real simple. Go to Google, type in something like "Al Gore electricity bill at mansion" And then STFU. The funniest damn thing after that came out was his frantic effort to install solar panels in major haste. I about died laughing.captquint wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 10:00 pmListen retard, do you know the difference between a month and a year?WestTexasCrude wrote: ↑Sun Mar 03, 2019 9:57 pmGo look it up, dumbfuck.
