i know i almost died on a golf course in Shreveport one summer in August. I have never been in heat like that in my life.

I told someone the other day (after tax appraisal values for 2022 went out in the mail). "Get ready for the shit bag politicians to start squawking that they are lowering tax rates". When property values go up 25%, they lower taxes by 10% and put 15% in the bank. It happens every time.
