that literally has to be the case in Italy. Their death toll can't be 10% of the infected population. I honestly believe that every country has the same percentage of deaths (statistically), so anyone showing anything over 1.5% has a very large population that had VERY minor symptoms.CaptQuint wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 3:13 pmIn Northern Italy, 60 volunteers who thought they'd never suffered COVID-19 gave blood. 40 of them tested positive for antibodies to the virus.

Immune, temporarily at least.Flumper wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 3:25 pmthat literally has to be the case in Italy. Their death toll can't be 10% of the infected population. The plus is that there are a shit ton of people that could give plasma to treat very sick patients, PLUS a shit ton of people that can go back to work who are now immune.
The minus is that the death rate from this epidemic is MUCH lower than all the fear mongers were telling us.

and did France somehow think that was not vital information for the world to know? What the fuck else are countries hiding about this virus?Evil.Fkn.Mean,Nasty wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 3:51 pmhttps://www.reuters.com/article/us-heal ... You don't think situations should determine when we have more, or less government? For instance, after 5 years of economic growth we should have been getting away from QE and ultra low interest rates?
Does Trump know that?Biker wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 4:34 pmThe government does not control the Federal ReserveB-Tender wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 4:31 pmYou don't think situations should determine when we have more, or less government? Answer the first question first please. Secondly, you don't think the President has influence on the Fed Reserve?Biker wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 4:34 pmThe government does not control the Federal ReserveB-Tender wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 4:31 pmYou don't think situations should determine when we have more, or less government? We can't even make enough tests for people showing symptoms, it'll be a while before they're testing for antibodies. Though it sure would be useful, both for getting back to normal, and finding out more about this disease.Flumper wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 3:25 pmthat literally has to be the case in Italy. The first question was, don't you think governments should let current situations determine how much they are involved? Secondly, don't worry about RD. He's weak right now, and won't be a threat unless he coughs at us.Biker wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 4:42 pmOf course rates shouldve been raised, And yeah, Im sure Obama and Trump pressured the chairman to not raise themB-Tender wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 4:40 pmAnswer the first question first please. If you give someone only one tool, and it's a hammer, everything will be beat to shit.Biker wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 5:12 pmNo, I think governments should be limited to what their binding documents state. If they deem a situation to be a national emergency, then declare martial law and be done with itB-Tender wrote: ↑Sat Apr 04, 2020 5:09 pmThe first question was, don't you think governments should let current situations determine how much they are involved?
