They didn't need ad blockers back then. Mabel.knew everybody's voice and could smell.a stranger a mile away.

Reminds me of long ago when I had this old grizzly type dude working for me. Had a pit puppy he fed small doses of gun powder with his food to make him mean. He was all shocked later when he had to put it down after it attacked his wife. I mean, WTF dude?
