For most all files besides .jpg and .png where you should use the img tags, for everything else use the media tags, the button to the right of the font size selector. Nero was trying to post a .mp4 file in Imgur's viewer, and not the file itself. That's why it wouldn't display. I made the adjustments and the Imgur video now shows fine in Nero's reply.
